Co-founder & Chairman
Hin Hiong Khoo
A skilled entrepreneur with a flair for international business. Mr. Khoo has assisted many companies in their public floatation in several stock exchanges internationally in the last 45 years.
He is the Chairman of a fully licensed PRC foreign joint venture ICT entity with China's sixth largest transportation corporation and also Chairman of VoIUM Technologies Private Limited, a communications software company based in Singapore.
His first encounter with the PRC was in 1982 when he transacted with International Paper in Eugene, Oregon and sold 100 million board feet of timber for housing in China. He also founded two medical product companies in Malaysia and the US in 1987/88, one of which he grew to become the largest latex glove producer in the world. These were acquired and eventually taken public on the NASDAQ Exchange.
Mr. Khoo was a Board member of 'China Access 2008' and 'Investment 2000'. As a Board member of Pacific Rim Forum, he advises strategic Asia Pacific businesses on their corporate strategies. He was a guest lecturer at the University of Illinois at Chicago College of Business Administration and Oral Roberts University.

Benjamin Ng Hock Aik
A serial entrepreneur deep in the technology space since 1985, ranging from software to hardware to the internet of everything. Ben has worked for very successful owners from North America to Asia over the past 30 years.
Ben has consulted for a Singapore company that is the leading security technology player endorsed by the Singapore Government. He has raised funds and achieved a high valuation for the group, and now grows the business beyond Singapore to Malaysia and North America.
Previously, he exited startups and listed a very prominent startup on NASDAQ before joining the Singapore Government Technology Agency in 2014–15 to manage a S$500 million grant scheme.
During his 10 years in the U.S., Ben started at Cambridge Associates in Washington, D.C., had a stint at the IMF Treasury Department, and was an integral member of Learning Tree International prior to its IPO. He received his B.Sc. in Computer Science from the University of Maryland, College Park.

Chow Siew Chong
Mr. Chow has extensive corporate finance, research and consulting, business development and IT experience in Singapore and the Asia-Pacific region — especially with SMEs, covering start-ups, joint ventures, restructuring, divestment, turnaround and IPO.
He has helped, advised, and led companies across physical security, aviation, FMCG and IT, holding senior positions as Director, VP, Group Corporate Finance Manager and Consultant.
Most recently, he spent over three years transforming and corporatising a traditional local security guarding firm — turning it into the industry leader and scaling it from Singapore to the United Kingdom and USA.
Bachelor's in Business Administration from the National University of Singapore. Qualified financial advisor (CMFAS Module 4A). Awards: National Infocomm Awards 2016 (Most Innovative Use of Infocomm Technology, SME); Entrepreneur of the Year 2017 (Physical Security).

Stanley Ng
Mr. Stanley Ng is a seasoned innovator and entrepreneur, and a practitioner/coach specialising in Digital Business Model Innovation, Product and Project Management.
He applies industry leading practices including BMI Labs, AIPMM Product Management Framework, Ryan Levesque ASK Method, Agile and PMI's PMBOK methodology.
25+ years experience with The Genting Group, Tradenex.com, Microsoft and Hewlett-Packard, as well as start-ups. Inventor of the Incident, Identification, Monitoring, Control and Response System at AmerAsia Technologies.
Certifications include Certified Blockchain Professional, Google Analytics IC, ASK Method Associate, CPM, CPMM, PMP, CPIPM, ACTA, QFD. BBA in Management Information Systems, University of Oklahoma.

Larry Lu
Larry is a market leader with extensive experience in Sales, Sales Management, Negotiation, Business Development, Solution Sales, Business Management and Strategic Marketing. Fluent in Mandarin.
Accomplishments: delivered $5M in professional services revenue, $350M product US market revenue in one year, developed Asian market wins exceeding $100M, redesigned network engineering to cut time 15% in 3 months.
Career started at Nortel Networks after graduating from Concordia University with an Electrical Engineering degree. Rose to Director of Metro Business and Network Consulting for the global market.
Presently works closely with the CEO and VP of USA Gateway, a company specializing in airline ticket wholesales, overseas VoIP systems, and data network layers — spanning multi-state and intercontinental operations.
